Holiday at home with the family while closing up the little hole I just created in my WIP –found a way to tighten it up, except now they’re in the wrong place for the denouement, so I’ve either gotta change that or find a reason for them to go. Also meeting with some pirate friends during the break to shoot a short video.
Looking forward to never leaving the house. Write, read, eat.

Wish I could overnight you by UPS, Sweet Joseph. My family would love you.
Just me and Dorothy and Max sitting around the house reading, writing, watching movies, eating and drinking and going for dogwalks in the woods. Did I forget anything? This is pretty much what we do all the time.
And three huge boxes just arrived on our stoop. Hmmm. Looks like alcohol in there!! It’s bottles of cold beer, for Pete’s sake. Lost Coast Brewery, Laguna Stout, El Segundo Brewing Co., Downtown Brown aND so much more. Well now! See y’all next year and have a gooden!
What will I do during the holidays? No idea. I’m too addled by the thought of having to do without The Kill Zone.

Church w/the bride and boys Christmas Eve, home w/them and various in-laws thru Friday, prep to return to the same old (but pretty quiet), grind on the 29th.

I moved across the country this year so will be without my two sons for the first Christmas since before they were born! But will see them when the weather warms up. I’m lucky to be able to spend the holidays with my favorite sister and her husband, kids, and grandkids. Yay! 🙂
