A combination of heavy lifting prior to a major house remodel (we get to spend 2 months living in the basement…) and a fall break adventure with my boys at Legoland means that this week’s blog post is MIA. Sorry! See you back here in a couple of weeks – hopefully by then I will have recovered!

Oh No! Be safe and healthy, and aware of parallel universes, sometimes even alternate reality dimensions, that often randomly appear to basement dwellers (especially when couple with lumbar injuries and/or muscle strain).
