Who was Jack the Ripper? At this point, I would need 1.21Jg watts to find out.
Alas, I believe cryptids only exist in the human imagination, which is pretty potent place to be.
It seems likely Cooper perished when he jumped from the airliner on that dark and stormy November night.
As for the Ark, I suspect it is long gone, but there are claims it exists in Ethiopia, under the care of the church there.
Or taken to central England and hidden by the Knights Templar…
Some cryptids – it’s big ol’ world and they’re still finding stuff where they thought they’d already found everything (granted – a lot of it’s at the bottom of the ocean, but…)
I have to go along with Dale – but I think somebody out there found the loot and kept quiet about it – finders-keepers after all…
As for the Ark – we all know it’s in a government warehouse in Nevada’s Area 51…

Not sure, but it might be in a village somewhere in the ME or N Africa. That’s what I’ve heard, anyway. To me, it’s not important either way, because what it contained is now in another form entirely. 🙂

No to cryptids. We have more than enough monsters in human form (Debbie wrote about one of them yesterday) to worry about Nessie.
I’m 50-50 on D.B. Cooper. It seems unlikely that he survived, but didn’t they find some of the money later? I don’t know enough about it to have a strong opinion.
I’m also not sure about the ark. Maybe. Maybe not.
No one here watches CURSE OF OAK ISLAND. It’s very possible much of the treasures from Jerusalem were deposited on Oak Island, Nova Scotia, Canada, by various iterations of the Knights Templar including the Knights of Malta. Whether that includes the Arc of the Covenant is still up in the air, or the Solution Channel.
D. B. Cooper is living in sin on a remote Pacific island with Amelia Earhardt, obviously.
Bigfoot fell in love with a hairdresser, got a makeover, prepared to become a celebrity-performer promoting environmental causes, but failed when, like the shaggy dog, people reacted dismissively to his signature feature. “Those feet? They aren’t so big.”
The Ark of the Covenant is sitting right next to King Arthur and disco, each awaiting the day of their return.

I don’t know about those specific cryptids, but I know for a fact that the Jersey Devil (aka Leeds Devil) resided in the meadow behind my cousin Barbi’s house, because she told me about it every time she babysat me. The trick is to never look at a window because you’d see him staring in.
